The answer is the Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Asiatica Ampoule — a seven-ingredient formula with Centella Asiatica Extract at its core, packaged in a lightweight, water-gel consistency that applies like water and absorbs like nothing.
The formula contains exactly what it needs to and nothing extra. Centella Asiatica Extract is the hero — Skin1004's sourcing from Madagascar, the plant's origin region, is notable because the climate, altitude, and growing conditions in Madagascar produce centella with characteristically high concentrations of its active centellosides: asiaticoside, madecassoside, asiatic acid, and madecassic acid. These compounds are the reason centella has decades of research supporting its wound-healing, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and barrier-rebuilding properties. Glycerin provides humectant hydration. Butylene Glycol acts as a solvent and penetration enhancer, helping the centella actives absorb efficiently. Cellulose Gum gives the formula its characteristic lightweight gel texture. 1,2-Hexanediol and Ethylhexylglycerin are preservatives.
