After shampooing and conditioning, lightly squeeze excess water from the hair. Apply an appropriate amount evenly throughout the hair; for semi-long hair, the brand recommends approximately 1–2 muscat grape-sized amounts. Rinse thoroughly. The formula can be rinsed immediately without leaving it on for an extended period. Daily use is recommended when hair damage is a particular concern.
